Honey Mustard Bacon Wrapped Chicken

What You’ll Need

  • Chicken Breasts
  • Bacon
  • Honey
  • Mustard

Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 F
  2. Wrap chicken breasts in bacon (the more the merrier bacon wise in my opinion) 
  3. Make a 50/50 mix of honey mustard. Depending on how many chicken breasts you have, you’ll need more or less honey mustard. I’d say about 1/4 cup of honey mustard mix for every 1-2 chicken breasts 
  4. Brush on half of the honey mustard mix on the raw bacon wrapped chicken 
  5. Put in a greased baking dish and bake for 25 min (or until chicken is up to temp interior 165 F) 
  6. Brush on the remaining honey mustard mix for the last 5 ish min of baking 
  7. If chicken is up to temp but bacon isn’t crisp, broil to crisp the bacon.
  8. Serves well with rice and steamed broccoli as a side
