Rosemary Roasted Potatoes

Rosemary Roasted Potatoes

Servings 4

  • 4 Potatoes, cubed
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Fresh Rosemary- chopped
  • spices: onion powder, garlic powder, salt & pepper

  • Preheat oven to 425 F
  • Add cubed potatoes to a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil. Mix well to coat.
  • Sprinkle spices over potatoes. I'm terrible at measuring. Measure with your heart!
  • Add chopped rosemary to bowl and mix all of the spices and rosemary to evenly coat potatoes.
  • Spray roasting pan, or rimmed cookie sheet with cooking spray
  • Add the seasoned potatoes to the roasting pan and spread out in an even layer.
  • Bake for 15 minutes. Then, flip potatoes and bake for another 10-15minutes.
  • Check potatoes as you roast. Every oven is different so it might take a little longer to get the desired crispness.
  • Enjoy! I love to serve these potatoes with my Honey Mustard Bacon Wrapped Chicken and a salad!
